What is your best method for getting yourself out of a severely and inexplicably cranky mood? What usually works to snap you out of it?

Snarky comments from my wife… works every time ;) Of course, if we switch roles, the results are disastrous.

  1. aaygeecee said: Going outside for a little while, then cleaning my house and after that reading a book while eating cheese or a pastry (or both!). I need to get outside to clear my head, and my house must be clean before I can enjoy the book and snack guilt-free.

  3. blots answered: If I have a day by myself that feels fulfilling it helps. Like if I take a nice long walk and then finish a craft project, I usually feel ok.
